Super Dispatch is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Rep to join our growing team. Your mission as an Inside Sales Rep is to expand the company's customer base by qualifying inbound leads, demonstrating our software's value proposition, negotiating contracts, and ultimately converting sales opportunities into paying customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential customers generated from the website, advertisements, SEO marketing efforts, or through other sources
  • Expand the company's customer base by qualifying inbound leads, building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and closing deals
  • Demo the product for prospects while presenting product information that resolves their key business challenges
  • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated, ensuring all information is accurate, relevant, and current
  • Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not complete the sales process
  • Manage the complete sales cycle and create a sense of urgency to ensure deals close in a timely manner
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully transition accounts to the Customer Success team
  • Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including sales quota, number of demos, and conversion rates
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements new product features

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years B2B software (SaaS) sales experience
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience
  • Experience at a startup or early-stage company preferred

  • Highly motivated - you are a self starter with a strong work ethic

  • Graduate from Super Dispatch’s new employee onboarding program. You’ll get caught up with who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Begin qualifying inbound leads to identify new sales opportunities and close deals
  • Develop an understanding of our target customer profile, how to identify customer pain points, and how to address those pains during demos
  • Learn how to utilize a wide range of sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Nav, etc.)

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Become a fully ramped Inside Sales Rep and meet your monthly KPI's
  • Understand the full functionality of Super Dispatch products, as well as the greater auto transportation industry and competitive landscape

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly KPI's
  • Proactively identify and implement ways to increase efficiency in Sales processes
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by training new team members through shadowing sessions and coaching on best practices
